Service Description
Please pick if you are a Current Student or New Student - this will include the textbook fee. Additional resources (if required) will be invoiced separately. Fee is based on 10 classes; the public holiday on Monday 27th April will be rescheduled to Friday 1st May. Payment is online only. There is no other payment method accepted including direct transfer. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after enrolling in the selected class, as our classes are capacity-based, to ensure enough tutors are there. P/Up: Kids are picked up from the school COLA by us. Pick-up is strictly by 4:45 PM near the bottom gate or we will drop kids off to Team Kids. Any pick-up after 4:50 PM will include an additional fee of $15 + GST will apply per late pick-up until 5:10pm, and be billed in 20-minute increments or part there-of. In the case the class is cancelled, you will be refunded. This class needs a minimum of 5 to run. If the class expands, we will use two rooms and more tutors will be added at ratios. This is because this is our only afternoon offering at Ultimo Public School.

Cancellation Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Upon enrolling in a class parent/ carer acknowledges that this is the child's regular class time for the term. Change-of-mind throughout the term, or changing schedule will not be refunded; another place elsewhere is not guaranteed. Once the class capacities are met, the class is locked. A maximum of 2 sessions may be rescheduled in any one term for a make-up lesson later in the term. If the lesson falls on a public holiday or there is an unforeseeable school closure at the location site these are automatically rescheduled and 2 sessions to reschedule are allowed on top of this. Rescheduling can be done by emailing elly@polymathtutoring.com.au 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class. Make-up lessons are subject to availability. Any extra sessions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to discretion. No-shows to the scheduled class are automatically forfeited without a make-up class. No refunds or credits will be given; payment is by the term. Partial enrolment is not accepted, however as the term goes on, if there is space available, enrolments are accepted subject to availability. Spaces will not be held. Refunds may be given on a discretionary basis.
